Here at Mr. Flip, we are incredibly proud of our craftsmanship and offer a lifetime warranty on select Mr. Flip products. If your Mr. Flip product ever cracks, splits, or snaps, simply fill out the form below and we'll repair or replace them free of charge.

We craft our products to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. So, when your Mr. Flip wears out as all things do, youāll know youāve gotten the most out of your fidget and your experience. Mr. Flip branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below.

This warranty applies to all Mr. Flip branded products only (e.g. Mr. Flip, Mrs. Flip, Galaxy Mr. Flip,Ā Mr. Pop, Infinity Holder, Embossed Leather Pouch). The warranty does not apply to Mr. Flip & Mr. Pop stickers. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

WHAT DOESĀ MATERIAL & CRAFTMANSHIP MEAN?

Defects in materialsĀ and craftmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Materials and components refer to the metal, plastic, etc. Craftmanship refers to the construction of the product. Damage due to normal wear and tear such as scratches, rips, UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy (as further discussed below).

WHAT IS SPECIFICALLY COVERED?

The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Inevitably, well used (and well loved!) products will eventually wear outāĀ metals will deteriorate, and colors will fade. Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under the warranty policyāit may simply be time to replace it.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Consequently, we will cover your product against defect and malfunction until such a time that it has been used and worn out beyond reasonable repair. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. āNormal wear and tearā generally mean the wear and tear caused by the expected use of the fidget over an extended period of time. There are a few factors that determine the end of āproduct lifeā, including the following:
(1) Metalāif the metal is discolored, degraded, or deteriorated, we may determine this to be end of āproduct lifeāā;
(2) If a major component fails due to extended use (such as a clip or lock) we may deem the product to have met its full life cycle.

-All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Mr. Flip will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back to you free of charge. Please note that warranty turnaround time is currently approximately 2 weeks, but may vary by location. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR MR. FLIP - TIPS
TIP 1: Mr. Flip is made from high quality zinc alloy, but that doesn't mean it's indestructible. You still need to be cautious and take full responsibility if you want your Mr. or Mrs. Flip to be in top notch shape.

TIP 2: When your flip gets dirty, rinse it under warm water with soap and dry with a towel. Zinc alloy does rust but very slowly. SoĀ under no circumstance should there be rust if treated properly.

TIP 3: When you aren't using your Mr. Flip be sure to keep it in the included embossed leather pouch. This will keep your Mr. Flip away from any dust and protect it from a potentially fatal fall. It also slightly cleans your Mr. Flip every timeĀ you take it out of the pouch. If you think that is a lame way of storing your Mr. Flip, get yourself an Infinity Holder to make it look like it's floating in mid air.

TIP 4: Be smart with where you flip. If you don't want extreme cosmetic damage to the exterior, flip Mr. Flip on hard, smooth surfaces. Rough, uneven surfaces will greatly increase the chances of your Mr. Flip getting damaged.
