SHIPPING

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped out Monday-Friday by 9PM CT. Any order placed after 9PM CT will be shipped the next day. Shipping takes 1-3 business days to arrive (U.S.) & 1-3 weeks for International. USPS is closed on Saturday & Sunday - Orders won't get shipped until Monday if it was placed over the weekend. Sometimes we have an influx of orders which means it might take an extra day or two before your order gets shipped out.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is $5 for orders under $25 and FREE for orders $25+! (U.S.)

Canada is $6 (0-6oz.) & $11 (6-18oz.).

International is $11 (0-6oz.) & $16 (6-18oz.).

Sometimes we do offer FREE Express Shipping on all items (U.S.) - no coupons needed, but most times, a minimum order value may be required to qualify for free shipping.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Delivery changes are not available once your order has shipped.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! Once your Mr. Flip product ships, we will send you a unique tracking number via email and/or SMS.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY MR. FLIP?

Yes, you have 30 days to request a return. However, we do not do returns on sale items. All sale items are final. We also do not accept returns on sales outside of the US. All international sales are final. Your Mr. Flip must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning in its original packaging with everything included.

HOW DO I RETURN?

To start a return, contact us at mrflipfidgets@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHAT IF IT'S DAMAGED?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Tips are non-refundable.
